Management System
 Nolinor
Aviation is a
proactive company in terms of regulations. Thanks to this attitude, the Nolinor
team was the first in Canada to meet the requirements of Phase 1 of the
implementation of its Safety Management System (SMS). This system is now a
prerequisite for all CAR 705 operators. Meanwhile, our company has received
certification with regard to Phase 2 and is now actively working on Phase 3.
It's important to note that Nolinor Aviation's experience helped in having the
first comprehensive SMS approved in the history of Canadian civil aviation
for Phoenix Aerospace.
A safety
policy has been put in place, as well as clear goals and objectives, and all
the company's employees have been trained with regard to the SMS. The success
of this system depends upon the involvement of all the employees, heads of
each department, as well as the Nolinor Aviation management team.
